Note: We strongly recommend that students who are pursuing the Master's program start by taking the Introduction to Epidemiology and Biostatistics modules.
Note: The 'Masters Dissertation' module is restricted to those who have completed eight modules.
Note: If you are applying for the 'Masters dissertation' module, you have to submit this form as well as a separate form indicating the provisional topic for your dissertation. Please Click Here for the Dissertation Topic Form to do this.
Please make sure you submit both forms as otherwise your application cannot be approved.

If you want to apply to study two modules in the same semester, select the second course here.Please consider that both modules will run simultaneously, and the workload may be heavy. Be sure that you do have the time if you elect to take two modules in the same semester.

Occasionally, a module you selected above may be full. If this is the case, please indicate which module is your preferred alternate choice.

If you cannot afford the fees, we may be able to assist in approved cases. Please note that there will be a separate process for applying for bursaries and FEE WAIVER. Click here to fill out the form.

Responses to bursaries and FEE WAIVER requests will be sended by the financial department two weeks before the semester begins.
